The Acheron SSQD HUB adapter allows any HUB-compatible silencer to be used with Silent Steel QD muzzle devices.
In addition, the SSQD HUB adapter also fits Silent Steel’s new QDL muzzle devices and Ase Utra’s BoreLock muzzle devices.
However, there is no mechanical safeguard against the silencer coming loose unintentionally. The silencer must either be tightened securely (with a wrench) or checked regularly to ensure it is still firmly in place (risk of burning).
